Pooria Kianoush embarked on his academic journey at the Islamic Azad University South Tehran Branch, where he earned his Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering-Exploration in 2003. Building on this foundation, he pursued a Master's degree in Mining Engineering-Exploration, completing it in 2005. Driven by a passion for academic excellence, His further pursued a Ph.D. in Mining Engineering-Mineral Exploration from 2017 to 2023.

Since 2009, His been a valuable member of the National Iranian Oil Company (NIOC), holding the position of Drilling Office/Cementing Supervisor in the Exploration Directorate.
