These positions allowed him to leverage his academic background in chemistry and business management to enhance hotel operations and guest experiences.

From 2011 to 2019, Vladimir was the Jefe de Compras y Almacenes at Hotel Meliá Santiago de Cuba, where he oversaw procurement and inventory management, contributing significantly to operational efficiency. His expertise in food and beverage management was further solidified when he became the Especialista de Bebidas y Alimentos at K & R Foods Soluciones Alimentarias S.L. in Spain (2020-2021).

Additionally, Vladimir has held roles in sales and management, including as an Imported Products Sales Agent at Zapatas Artesanos de Elche and as the Director de Tiendas Turísticas at Cadena de Tiendas Caracol S.A., Cuba.
