His journey in the field of operations research and management began with his undergraduate studies at Liaoning Shihua University in Fushun, Liaoning, China, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Information and Computing Sciences from 2000 to 2004. He started his professional career as a Lecturer at Tianjin Polytechnic University from 2009 to 2011. His teaching and research skills flourished during this time, leading to his promotion to Associate Professor at the same university, a position he held until 2013. He then continued his academic career at Northeastern University at Qinhuangdao, Hebei, China, serving as an Associate Professor until 2020. Currently, he holds the position of Associate Professor at the School of Economics and Management at Yanshan University in Qinhuangdao, Hebei, China.
