However, his thirst for knowledge led him to pursue a Doctor of Philosophy in Human Resource Management from the School of Management, Universiti Sains Malaysia, where he honed his research skills and delved deeper into the realms of HRM.

He has held esteemed positions at reputable institutions globally, including a stint as a Lecturer at Universiti Sains Malaysia, where he not only imparted knowledge but also engaged in cutting-edge research. His journey continued as he assumed the role of Associate Professor at Sichuan University of Science & Engineering, China, where he left an indelible mark through his dedication to teaching and research. Currently, he serves as a Visiting Assistant Professor at PUCRS Business School, Brazil, and as a Postdoctoral Fellow at KFUPM Business School, Saudi Arabia, where he continues to shape the minds of future HRM professionals.

His journey began with a Bachelor's in Forestry from the Institute of Forestry, Tribhuvan University, where he excelled with a remarkable first division. This was followed by a Master's in Environment Science from Kathmandu University, where he maintained an impressive CGPA of 3.65. Singh's dedication to academia was evident even in his early academic years, as he consistently demonstrated excellence.

He served as a Conservation Officer/Officer Incharge at various units of the Annapurna Conservation Area Project from May 2009 to September 2015. During this time, he played a pivotal role in implementing conservation strategies and managing conservation offices in different regions, showcasing his leadership and management skills.

In May 2020, he pursued a Postdoctoral position at the Institute of Zoology, Guangdong Academy of Sciences, further solidifying his expertise in the field of ecology and biodiversity conservation.
