He has a strong foundation in both theoretical and practical aspects of cutting-edge technology, especially in secure and resilient systems. He also holds a Master of Engineering in Software Engineering from Anna University, where he developed expertise in Mobile Ad Hoc Networks and implemented routing protocols such as AODV and DSR using network simulation tools. His academic journey began with a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science and Engineering, also from Anna University, followed by a Diploma in Computer Technology from the Department of Technical Education, India, where he honed his skills in web development and core computer science concepts.

Experience

Vidhya is currently serving as a Lecturer in the Engineering Department at the University of Technology and Applied Sciences in Nizwa, Sultanate of Oman. He is actively involved in curriculum development, lesson planning, and promoting critical thinking among students. Before this, he worked as an Assistant Professor at R.M.K. Engineering College in India, where he focused on student-centered teaching approaches and curriculum alignment. He has also worked in industry as a PHP Developer at VB Software Solutions, where he was responsible for developing and maintaining dynamic web applications. Earlier in his academic career, he was an Assistant Professor at Sri Shakthi Institute of Engineering and Technology, where he also coordinated examination processes and supported student entrepreneurship.
