Bih Chuan Lin is an Assistant Professor at DaYeh University’s Department of Architecture and Interior Design, as well as at the Graduate School of Architecture. Lin also serves as a Professional Consultant for the Tzu Chi Charity Foundation and Tzu Chi Merit Association, and has specialized in architectural planning and disaster management research since 2013.
