She began her academic journey with a Bachelor’s degree, followed by an M.B.A. in Finance and Marketing from Kurukshetra University in 2002. Her quest for knowledge led her to complete an M.Sc. in Computer Science from Maharishi Dayanand University, Rohtak in 2004. With a keen interest in financial systems and risk management, she pursued a Ph.D. at Kurukshetra University, culminating in a thesis titled “An Evaluation of Risk Management Practices in the Banking Sector in India” in August 2008. Her academic credentials reflect her commitment to understanding and excelling in the field of finance and management.

She currently serves as a Professor at Chandigarh University since November 1, 2023. Prior to this, she was an Associate Professor at the same university from May 15, 2017, to October 30, 2023.
