He earned his Ph.D. in Applied Sciences in 2012 from the Mohammedia School of Engineering, specializing in automatic control and electrical engineering. He further honed his expertise by obtaining an Habilitation University to Supervise Research (HDR) in 2018, focusing on nonlinear control and observation systems in electrical engineering. Additionally, Prof. El Majdoub holds a DESA (Post-graduate Diploma) in Electronics and Computer Science and an Aggregation in Electrical Engineering, showcasing his deep academic foundation.

From 2016 to 2023, he served as a professor at the Mohammedia Faculty of Science and Technology, where he designed and taught courses on industrial automation, electrotechnics, and computer architecture.
