Prof. Mohammed A. Al Doghan is a distinguished Saudi scholar and full professor of business administration with a specialization in human resource management. He holds advanced degrees in management and research from leading international universities, including a doctorate from the University of Bradford. His academic and professional career spans more than three decades, during which he has made substantial contributions to teaching, research, training, and leadership within higher education and public institutions.
