He currently a distinguished associate professor at the Guangzhou Institute of Science and Technology, has built a robust academic foundation. His academic journey began with a focus on human resource management at Hunan Agricultural University, which laid the groundwork for his later studies and professional focus. He further expanded his academic horizons by earning a Master of Law from the City University of Macau. This multidisciplinary approach was capped with a Ph.D. in Management from Rajamangala University of Technology Rattanakosin, equipping him with a comprehensive understanding of both theoretical and practical aspects of management.

His career is marked by a blend of academic roles and advisory positions across various institutions. Since February 2023, he has been a full-time distinguished associate professor at the Guangzhou Institute of Science and Technology. His expertise is also sought after by other institutions; he has been a part-time lecturer and advisor at Brest Business School and Rajapark Institute since December and September 2023, respectively. Additionally, since March 2022, he has contributed as a lecturer and advisor at the Rattanakosin International College of Creative Entrepreneurship, under the Rajamangala University of Technology Rattanakosin. His earlier professional experience includes a significant role in the Human Resources and Social Security Department of Tibet, where he served as a government worker from August 2014 to July 2016.

2. “The impact of green credit on energy efficiency from a green innovation perspective: Empirical evidence from China based on a spatial Durbin model” in Energy Strategy Reviews (2023).

He has also led several significant research projects. These include the 2023 Youth Innovative Talent project funded by the Guangdong Provincial Department of Education, focusing on lecturers’ creativity in private higher education institutions, and a research startup fund project at Guangzhou Institute of Science and Technology, investigating the professional development path of lecturers in China.
